The text of this User Agreement posted on ax-change.top contains all the essential terms and conditions of a public offer of Ax-change, including the Terms of Use of the Services and the Platform. Essential and integral parts of this User Agreement are: Anti-Money Laundering, Countering Financing of Terrorism and Know Your Customer Policy (hereinafter - the “AML/CFT Policy”), Privacy Policy, Delisting Policy (if published on the Platform separately from this User Agreement) and Fees.
